Full-Time Nanny – High-Net-Worth Family (Los Angeles, CA) $35-$40 per hour

Seeking an experienced, professional, and engaging full-time nanny for a family with two children, ages 6 and 9 years old. The family values discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to childcare and household responsibilities. The ideal nanny genuinely enjoys playing with children and is proactive in planning fun and stimulating activities, fostering a positive and enriching environment. A tech-savvy individual is essential, as she will need to manage schedules. Must be pet friendly.

Compensation: $35-$40 per hour + overtime pay
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Rotating schedule, 1 week on, 1 week off (flexible based on family’s needs)
Hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Looking for a long term commitment. 

R esponsibilities:

• Morning routine: Wake-up, breakfast, school prep, and drop-off assistance
• Light household tasks related to the children, including laundry, tidying rooms/play areas, and meal prep
• Afternoon/evening routine: School pick-up, homework supervision, dinner, bath time, and bedtime preparation
• Engaging with the children through activities and play
• Coordinating schedules and ensuring a smooth daily routine
• Occasionally assisting with date night coverage

Qualifications:

• Prior professional nanny experience with similar age groups
• Energetic, engaging, and proactive in planning activities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Valid driver’s license; family provides a vehicle for work-related use
• Comfortable working in a fully staffed home
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
