Position Overview

• Hiring Area: Within a 50-mile radius of Salina, KS
• Lanes Covered: NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, IA
• Weekly Miles: 2,425 – 2,561 miles with an average of 35 stops
• Schedule:
• Day Routes: Start times at 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, or 5:00 PM (2 nights out per week)
• Night Routes: Start at 10:00 PM, returning the following morning
• Home Time: 2 layovers/week; otherwise, home daily
• Drivers will  not run day routes immediately after a night route .

Pay & Bonuses

• Pay Structure:
• $0.45 CPM
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,350 (must work the full week; sick/vacation days do not apply)
• Annual Average Pay: Starting at $70,200
• Bonuses:
• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid in full on the 2nd paycheck)
• Referral Bonus: $3,000 (paid in installments: $1,000 on 2nd paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 120 days)
• Accessorial Pay:
• Stop Pay: $17/stops 1-3; $22/stops 4+
• Delay Pay: $17/hour

Equipment & Freight

• Truck Models: 2020 or newer sleepers and straight trucks
• Truck Speed: 65 MPH (pedal and cruise)
• Freight Type: Deliver to Advanced Auto and CarQuest stores using electric pallet jacks; may include returns if needed
• Parking: Onsite

Requirements

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• Comfortable driving at night
• Must work the full week to qualify for guaranteed weekly pay
• No pets or passengers allowed
