Compensation: $60,000- $125,000 OTE (Base: $55,000-$70,000 + Uncapped Commission)

Your Role: Drive Sales, Build Relationships, Own the Market

As a Field Sales Representative, you’re not just selling products- you’re building an empire. You’ll be our boots-on-the-ground expert, owning and expanding relationships with head shops, vape shops, distributors, and convenience stores across the region. You’ll educate, engage, and excite retailers about our game-changing brands, turning them into long-term partners and brand evangelists.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge in growing our presence in head shops, vape shops, and retail outlets, becoming the go-to person for Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction.
• Develop and execute killer sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers, ensuring our products stay top-of-mind and flying off the shelves.
• Bring the brand to life through product education, customer engagement, and hands-on sales support.
• Represent The Pack Labs at trade shows, industry events, pop-ups, and promotional activations to boost visibility and drive sales.
• Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to refine sales strategies.
• Own your schedule - manage travel, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently to maximize impact and earnings.
• Leverage technology - utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, customer interactions, and opportunities for growth.

• Comfortable in dynamic environments - from one-on-one retail conversations to large industry events, you know how to adapt and shine.
• Must have reliable transportation - this role requires regular travel to client sites, retail locations, and industry events.
