Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Roofing Manager to lead and oversee daily operations for residential and light commercial roofing projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive roofing experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Daily travel to job sites in Metro Atlanta and Cashiers/Highlands, NC, is required.

We collaborate with leading builders and architects to deliver exceptional roofing solutions using premium materials such as metal, composites, cedar, tile, and TPO.
Key Responsibilities - Project Management & Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Oversee multiple roofing projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
- Crew Supervision & Leadership:
- Direct and manage roofing crews, providing clear instructions, training, and support.
- Ensure crews follow best practices and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Quality Control & Safety:
- Enforce strict adherence to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure safe job site practices, proper use of PPE, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Client & Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for crews, builders, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain strong professional relationships and address any project concerns promptly.
- Administrative & Documentation:
- Utilize CRM software to document job progress, track expenses, and report issues.
- Provide regular project updates and assist with closeout procedures.
Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of roofing industry experience, specializing in Metal, Composites, Cedar, Tile Roofing (TPO experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of steep slope roofing systems, installation techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites safely (including climbing ladders, stairs, and roofs).
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials as required.
