Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative, seasonally inspired menus that align with the resort’s elevated dining standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a talented kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence .
• Be a guest-focused leader —passionate about engaging with guests, visiting dining areas, and creating personal connections that enhance their experience.
• Master cost control and budgeting , maintaining financial sustainability while delivering exceptional experiences.
• Partner with resort leadership to create unforgettable culinary experiences for guests, special events, and VIP occasions .

Who We’re Looking For:

• A visionary Executive Chef with at least 7 years of leadership experience in upscale resorts, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong experience in menu development, team leadership, and financial management .
• Passion for local, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
