Job Description As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences and social functions. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential as you work collaboratively with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events according to client specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors including venues, caterers, and entertainment.
• Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and on-site management.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
