This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their professional skills in a supportive environment while helping to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to executives or team members, assisting them with various tasks and projects to enhance productivity. Responsibilities:

• Manage executives' schedules and ensure timely appointments and meetings.
• Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up notes.
• Conduct research and compile data for projects as assigned by management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems to ensure efficient access to information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Basic understanding of office management procedures and systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
