Munson Boats, a leader in high-performance aluminum workboats, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marine Construction Technicians . This is a hands-on opportunity to develop essential skills in material handling, parts preparation, hull assembly, and an introduction to welding and fabrication .

This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts), allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare materials for fabrication and assembly
• Assist with hull assembly and general boat construction
• Learn and develop basic welding and fabrication techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or metalwork is a plus, but not required
