This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events such as corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and activities

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary items are procured
Help manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and day-of operations
Attend events to provide on-ground support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Maintain event documentation and records including attendee lists and vendor contracts
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and event marketing strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Passion for events and exceptional customer service
