Job Description

This role requires an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations , ensuring corrective actions are properly executed.
• Lead EHS training programs to promote safety awareness and best practices across teams.
• Oversee waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives to maintain environmental compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and GMP regulations , keeping up to date with industry standards.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to drive a safety-first culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in EHS roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industry .
• Expertise in OSHA regulations, GMP environments, and environmental compliance .
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH are a plus.
