Job Description:
The EDI Support Specialist provides first- and second-level technical support for EDI-related issues, focusing on insurance contracts. This is a 4-5 month temporary assignment (with the possibility of extension) involving the management of electronic transaction submissions, resolution of technical issues, and assisting customers with inquiries and transaction setups. This role is onsite in South Carolina and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with occasional late nights and overtime.
