Job Description

Salary: 29,120 - 41,600 USD per year Requirements:

• 2-4 years of in-person desktop support skills, including troubleshooting and repair of software/hardware in a large to enterprise-sized environment (end-user environment including PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers) is required.
• Experience with installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) is required.
• A+ CompTIA Certificate or a college degree is highly desired but not required if the candidate has over 4 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an enterprise company with 200+ end users.
• Experience with a ticketing system, such as ServiceNow, is required.

Responsibilities:

• I will perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities on laptops, desktops, and printers while working with Active Directory and Office 365 products in an end-user environment.
• I will provide support to clients both onsite and remotely.
• I will respond to change management requests, including installing new PC equipment and providing end-user desk-side support, along with other related activities.

Our locally recognized end client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work the first shift (8 AM - 5 PM EST) and offers a pay rate of $20/hr on a W2 basis.
