Role Overview:

The Practice Regional Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the operations, staff development, and financial performance of CPDI’s practices in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, and Orcutt. Reporting directly to the Practice Owner(s), you’ll drive growth and efficiency while upholding CPDI’s high standards for patient care and operational excellence.

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies for business development and patient acquisition.
  • Enhance Patient Care: Ensure an exceptional experience across all locations, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across three locations, ensuring streamlined workflows and financial health.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize processes and meet practice goals.
  • Manage payroll, billing oversight, and staff scheduling with support from the office team

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team; conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate staff training programs and encourage professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Financial Performance

  • Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Monitor financial performance, addressing discrepancies and driving revenue growth.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high service standards.

Marketing & Practice Growth

  • Partner with the Practice Owner(s) to create marketing initiatives that enhance visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and community stakeholders.
  • Track marketing efforts and adapt strategies to maximize ROI.

Patient Care & Community Engagement

  • Maintain CPDI’s reputation for compassionate, quality-driven care.
  • Address patient feedback proactively to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent CPDI at local events, health fairs, and professional conferences.

Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of multi-location management in dental, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to oversee financial operations, including payroll, billing, and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for team-building.
  • Familiarity with dental practice operations and insurance protocols is preferred.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • In lieu of educational degrees, previous experience in multi-location/office management

Additional Requirements

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Travel regionally between offices up to 75% of the time as well as periodic conferences for professional development.
  • Ability to work remotely
