This is a remote position.

We are seeking a part-time, remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, verification, and maintenance across various databases and systems. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to critical data management processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets.
  
• Verify and correct data entries to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  
• Perform routine data backups to safeguard data integrity.
  
• Organize and manage records for easy access and retrieval.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline data-related workflows.
  
• Support data reporting and management tasks as needed.
  
• This is a 100% remote position, allowing employees to work from home or any location of their choice.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in typing and data entry with strong attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with database management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
  
• Basic knowledge of office software like the Microsoft Office Suite .
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred).
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  

Experience:

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Freshers with strong typing skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
