Job Title: Data Analyst

Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to lead cost-of-living data collection and predictive analysis to support federal compensation decisions. This role requires strong statistical and data visualization expertise to build dashboards, conduct forecasts, and deliver actionable insights aligned with program goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to analyze pricing and expenditure data.
Conduct data quality checks and coordinate with external partners.
Deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
Lead efforts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness of incoming data.
Support forecasting, alignment with reporting requirements, and performance tracking.
Qualifications- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
Experience : 6-8 years of related experience
Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, or Stata.
Experience with federal data standards and large datasets.
Strong ability to interpret data trends and explain implications to non-technical audiences.
Candidates must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a T1 background check for consideration.
