Step into a meaningful role as a Contact Center Scheduling Representative , where you'll help coordinate care, resolve concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience over the phone.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls with care, professionalism, and urgency

Assist callers with scheduling appointments and addressing account-related inquiries

Accurately document all call interactions in the appropriate systems

Offer clear, empathetic, and effective solutions

Follow up on open tasks and complete callbacks in a timely manner

Stay informed on current processes and scheduling protocols

Collaborate within a supportive, goal-driven team environment

Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

2+ years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or healthcare-related role

Familiarity with medical scheduling and patient registration

Understanding of privacy regulations and protected health information (PHI)

Strong communication, documentation, and listening skills

Proficiency with computers and electronic record systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (schedule assigned)

Pay Range: $19/hour

Availability Flexibility to work any schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
