Job Details - Lead commercial drywall projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Train, manage, and mentor foremen and crews for high performance.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Implement safety regulations and partner with the safety team for compliance.
- Review blueprints, coordinate schedules, and oversee job site operations.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of drywall, framing, materials, and finishing methods.
- Ability to hire, train, and develop field teams.
- Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling and project tracking software.
- OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset.
