Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery parts in the Raleigh area who is looking for a CNC/Manual Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Machinist will set up, adjust, and operate CNC/manual machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
• Machinist will fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical instruments
• Machinist will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment
• Machinist will utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges
• Machinist will read and interpret instructions and drawing such as blueprints and geometric tolerances

Requirements:

• Candidates must have knowledge of setting up and operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills
• Candidates must 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine shop environments
• Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Candidates must have experience using precision measuring equipment, machine methods, cutting tools, etc.
• Candidates must have knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures
• Candidates must have experience editing in G code
• Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
