Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Proactively seek out new customers through various networking and outreach strategies.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for specific regions or sectors.
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to meet customer needs effectively.
• Address customer inquiries with comprehensive product and industry insights.
• Negotiate terms, manage sales agreements, and oversee contract preparations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and distribution.
• Provide regular updates on sales results, account statuses, and prospective leads to management.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to team success.

What We Seek:

• Proven Sales Expertise:  At least 2 years of sales experience, within or outside the cannabis industry.
• Excellent Communication:  Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Negotiation Acumen:  Proven ability to close deals and manage negotiations.
• Technical Knowledge:  A thorough understanding of our products and the cannabis industry.
• Detail-Oriented Organization:  Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on details.
• Relationship Building:  A track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Tech Proficiency:  Must be comfortable with computer use and various software applications.
• Self-Starter Attitude:  Independent, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
• Team Collaboration:  Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Local Presence:  Based in or near Portland, OR, with a commitment to safety in all activities.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Required state-wide travel.

License/Certification:

• OLCC Marijuana workers permit (Required)

• Compensation:  Competitive compensation structure with a mix of base salary and uncapped commission.
