Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of operational processes through intelligent automation technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate , and UiPath . Ideal for recent college graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development & Maintenance

• Design, build, and maintain RPA solutions aligned with enterprise standards and quality expectations.
• Participate in planning meetings, share sprint goals, and contribute to solution design.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine business requirements and define user stories and test criteria.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting post-deployment issues.
• Maintain and support automations after deployment to ensure continuous value delivery.

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to improve automation processes.
• Participate in the global IA (Intelligent Automation) developer community to stay updated on new tools and best practices.
• Promote awareness of IA capabilities within the Finance team.

Required Qualifications:

• 0 2 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, RPA development, or a similar technical role.
• Recent graduates with hands-on project experience using Blue Prism , Power Automate , or UiPath are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) .
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Oracle EBS , Oracle MOM Suite , or Lucernex .
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools ( Power BI , Power Query , Power Automate ).
