Overview:
Mission of the Role:
The Restaurant Server (AM) is responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Essential Job Functions:
- Take and serve beverage food orders
- Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures
- Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations
- Provides the highest quality of service to guests at all times
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a server preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-organized with the ability to take and place orders accurately
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Abilitiy to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
