About the Role:
We are a rapidly growing real estate and default services law firm with a dynamic and innovative approach to business. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and manage the initial stages of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our cases, and offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal field.
What You'll Do:
Create and organize new case files, ensuring all associated documents are properly categorized.
Review incoming loan documents to verify completeness and identify any missing items.
Accurately input client and case information into our case management system, maintaining confidentiality.
Process and update file status changes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Categorize and process incoming mail related to foreclosure and bankruptcy cases.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in default services, with experience in both foreclosure and bankruptcy preferred.
Proficiency in CaseAware and familiarity with BKFS/Tempo is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
