Shift: First Shift (Daytime hours)

We’re one of the largest AlphaGraphics centers in the nation, and we’re looking for a Bindery Technician who loves working with cool equipment and getting things just right . If you’re a hands-on, problem-solving pro, we want you on our team!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating Equipment Like a Pro: You’ll run bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and binders to bring projects to life.
• Mastering the Finishing Touch: Cutting, folding, binding, collating – you name it! You’ll perfect every job to meet our high standards.
• Keeping It Running Smoothly: You’ll clean, troubleshoot, and maintain our equipment so it’s always in top shape.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with your crew, keep supplies stocked, and perform preventive maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Mechanical Whiz: You love working with equipment and have an eye for detail.
• Positive and Can do attitude: The glass is always half full and can get anything done.
• Experienced problem solver: You enjoy solving problems with production equipment and orders
• Math-Savvy: You can read a ruler and do basic math to keep things precise.
• Fast and Focused: You’re adaptable, able to handle change, and thrive in a quick-paced environment.
• Strong & Steady: You can lift 50+ pounds and keep your energy high throughout the shift.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Mechanical bindery printing experience
