Job Overview
As a Bilingual Dedicated Support Agent, you'll be the trusted point of contact for one of our valued clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support. Your role will involve following a structured process to gather, verify, and document customer information in our CRM system. You'll work to resolve customer inquiries, providing clear communication and maintaining accuracy in every step.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and assist with inbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Follow a guided process to ensure customer data is logged accurately in the CRM system.
Verify caller information and document it properly in the system.
Offer empathetic and professional assistance to resolve customer issues.
Handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish: Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations with empathy and control.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Comfort with navigating multiple computer systems.
Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and equipment management.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Familiarity with working in a high-volume environment.
Experience working remotely.
Basic technical support knowledge.
Job Requirements
Availability for training during weekdays from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (PST).
Open availability for shifts during business hours.
Reliable attendance is crucial.
A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a locking door to ensure clear communication.

Desktop Windows PC (No Macs or Chromebooks).
Processor: Intel i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation).
Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred).
Dual monitors.
High-quality USB headset.
Hardwired internet connection.
Internet speed: 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, with a ping under 20ms.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $14.50/hr.
