Starkey Market in New Port Richey, FL is even more than a locally sourced produce and farmers market. At our in-house coffee shop, we serve a variety of local coffee and tea beverages in a natural Florida country setting.

If you are a highly energetic, team-oriented, individual with prior barista experience , then this may be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Clean, restock, and keep an organized space for business to operate.
• Run a cash register.
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Engage with customers and share knowledge about products.
• Create a positive experience for patrons through a good attitude and conversation.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Outgoing, engaging personality, motivated.
• Proactive work ethic
