Job Description

Round Bird Coffee Shop in Jacksonville Beach is looking for an EXPERIENCED barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, reliable, a multi-tasker able to work under pressure and a team player.

Looking for someone to work 3-5 shifts per week, with availability on weekends . Must have afternoon & evening availability

Benefits

• Hourly rate evaluated after 3 months. Earning potential of $17-$20 with tips .

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Basic food prep and preparing hot food (basic sandwiches and meat pies)
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista, pulling shots by hand with espresso machine and steaming milk
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have open availability for weekdays, including afternoons & evenings, and weekends
• Must be available to work 3-5 shifts per week
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
