Job Description

Bella Green Latin Sports Bar in Greenville, NC is looking for one bar manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged, has bar experience, management experience, open availability, and weekend availability is mandatory.

***Bilingual is a plus

Pays a weekly salary and tips

Minimum 50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• scheduling
• coordinating with entertainment
• assisting with food inventory and ordering

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Servesafe certiefication required
• Experience in a bar position 2-4 years
• Management or team lead experience 2-5 years
• knowledge of toast and IOS systems is prefered
