Thanks for taking a moment to read about our new AP/AR Specialist role. This role will be part of the administrative team here at Mission Recruiting.

Mission Recruiting is a contingency-based Recruiting firm that started doing business in September 2013. The founders had previously worked at a larger recruiting firm for close to ten years, and during that time, they realized that clients deserved a better firm.

Turns out, they were right. Clients did want a better firm. Mission Recruiting quickly became busy recruiting for organizations throughout California. To keep up with the business we had coming in, we began to hire additional help. Since launching, we’ve been fortunate to hire some great people to help us grow. We are now recruiting for our clients all across the country.

So that is where you come in. We have a remote AP/AR Specialist role available, and we need your help. This role includes administrative tasks that help our recruiting and business development teams bring clients and candidates together, all from the comfort of your own home!

No Paperwork Shuffle. We are 100% digital, and you’ll rarely be asked to print anything. You will need to have:

• Strong full-cycle AP/AR experience – Experience working in QuickBooks
• Strong collection experience through email and telephone
• Administrative work experience with heavy data entry
• Strong Bookkeeping experience
• Professional attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Solid Computer - Chromebooks are not compatible?
• Strong internet connection - preferably wired with at least 50 Mbps
• Multiple Monitors - you'll need at least two monitors
• A good headset (a USB, double-ear headset with noise-canceling microphone is worth every penny you spend on it. Bluetooth headsets are not ideal)
• Designated quiet workspace – Starbucks won’t work
