Job Description

Aspen Fiber Networks, a leading information technology solutions provider, is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive and welcoming experience.

As a Receptionist, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. You will greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, and maintain office supplies. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
  • Monitor Scheduled appointments and maintain calendars for various key team members.
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team dynamic and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
